Founded in 2001, Gulf Construction Services, LLC has provided superior craftsmanship and design services for over a decade. Gulf Construction started as a subcontractor to local area general contractors, but has since evolved into a purely custom operation.

 

Today, husband and wife team Lloyd and Elise Whann provide quality demolition, construction, renovation and design services to the North Central Florida area. We have the ability to build fully custom dream projects - from a dining room table to a full-scale home renovation. As a certified, licensed and insured contractor, our hometown team will make your dream a reality.

 

Though we love creating custom cabinetry packages, we can also work with your budget to provide a superior product without going fully custom. We are also capable of providing custom countertop packages from laminate, solid surface, quartz or granite.
